Mosa
(Yellow cornmeal polenta with butter and cheese)

Serves 4:

½ litre milk
½ litre water
300 g yellow cornmeal
100 g butter
salt
grated cheese

Make a slightly liquid polenta with the cornmeal, milk and water. Season with salt and stir continuously. When it is cooked, add the butter and a generous amount of grated cheese.
