Salami with leaf vegetables

Sauté a chopped onion in a large knob of butter. Cut thick slices of salami and place them in the frying pan with the onion. Add a little water. Tip in the blanched leaf vegetables (e.g. Swiss chard, baby chard, spinach), add some fresh tomato sauce and allow to finish cooking.
